We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a fast-growing manufacturing operation in Thailand that produces high-quality supplements (capsules, tablets, and other formats) for global and regional brands. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall operations in Thailand as the highest local authority, entrusted by the Board of Directors.
- Develop and implement the company's strategic direction, aligning long-term business goals with global manufacturing objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to maintain competitiveness and drive sustainable growth.
- Oversee investment plans, budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
- Drive operational excellence and cost efficiency through standardized processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and supervise core management systems, including marketing strategies, operational workflows, HR policies, and welfare frameworks.
- Ensure full compliance with quality, regulatory, and food safety standards, maintaining accountability for product quality and GMP adherence.
- Foster a strong corporate culture and high employee engagement to promote a performance-oriented work environment.
- Represent the company externally, building relationships with government agencies, partners, and media to enhance corporate reputation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to all departments, ensuring effective communication, execution, and achievement of business targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
- Demonstrated leadership with excellent decision-making, influencing skills, and legal/compliance awareness.
- High market sensitivity with the ability to make strategic operational and investment decisions.
