Job Description
- Lead overall business operations, strategy, and P&L for the freight organization.
- Drive revenue growth across air, sea, and land freight solutions.
- Set commercial and operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee country or regional performance, compliance, and governance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction across all services.
- Represent the company with stakeholders, vendors, and authorities.
- Report business performance and risks to senior leadership or HQ.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Business, or related fields.
- 12–15+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong P&L management and commercial leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing multi‑modal freight operations.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making skills.
- Solid understanding of international trade and logistics regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
