Key Responsibilities
- Lead all preopening activities, ensuring the property launches on time and in full operational readiness
- Drive overall hotel performance, including financial results, guest satisfaction, operational quality, and brand standards
- Develop and execute business plans with Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to meet commercial targets
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and risk management
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance team committed to service quality
- Strengthen owner relations and serve as the main liaison with government agencies, business partners, and community stakeholders
- Oversee asset management initiatives to protect long-term investment value
- Lead continuous improvement, operational audits, and quality assurance programs
- Champion the brand culture and ensure a consistent, exceptional guest experience
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel/property management with proven success in leading operations, financial performance, and guest service excellence
- Demonstrated strength in leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and commercial decision-making
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive profitability and operational efficiency
