General Manager Production (Plastic Injection)
Location: Bang Khun Thian (Rama 2), Bangkok
Salary: Up to THB 180,000 / month
Job Summary
The General Manager Production is responsible for overseeing and managing all plastic injection production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery. The role covers multiple product categories including Toys, Household Products, Premium Products, and Electronic Components.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall production operations for plastic injection molding.
- Develop and implement production strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee production planning, capacity management, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, QA, Supply Chain, and Sales teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, cost reduction).
- Monitor KPIs such as OEE, yield, scrap rate, and on-time delivery.
- Manage and develop production teams, including supervisors and managers.
- Support new product development, tooling, and process improvement for plastic injection.
- Report production performance and issues to top management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
- Minimum 1015 years of experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing.
- Proven experience in managing production for toy, household, premium, or electronic products.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, machines, and materials.
- Experience with quality systems and production improvement methodologies.
- Good communication skills in Thai; English proficiency is an advantage.
