About Our Client

Job Description
- Provide executive leadership across all stages of real estate development, including land sourcing, feasibility studies, design, construction, sales, and customer service.
- Oversee and drive the performance of multiple residential, commercial, and mixeduse projects to ensure timely completion, profitability, and strong customer satisfaction.
- Manage the company's project pipeline, overall portfolio direction, and allocation of key resources.
- Establish and enforce KPIs, operational standards, and reporting frameworks to enhance governance and transparency across all functions.
- Partner closely with the Board to develop longterm business strategies and expansion plans.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners such as architects, contractors, legal experts, and government bodies.
- Promote innovation through improved construction methods, digital tools, and enhanced customer experience, while proactively managing project and market risks.
The Successful Applicant
- Educational background related to Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven record in property development, with 5+ years in Senior Leadership, Project Management, General Management
- Proven track record managing endtoend real estate projects from feasibility through handover.
- Strong understanding of Thailand's property regulations, legal frameworks, and permitting procedures.Demonstrated commercial acumen, leadership capability, and ability to coordinate large crossfunctional teams.
