General Manager - Purchase

Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 1015 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Buyer roles
- Experience with international trade
- Proficient in both English and Thai is a must
- Knowledge of Thai Customs systems and BOI regulations
- Strong leadership skills and team management abilities
- Strong communication skills; proactive mindset
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ERP experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure; open minded and adaptable
Responsibilities
- Develop and approve purchasing strategies to meet company objectives, including price analysis and supplier selection
- Coordinate with international suppliers and teams for raw material purchasing
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and relationship management
- Manage team performance and cross functional coordination for mass production and new model projects
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and monitor market trends
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, Sales and Finance teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal requirements in all purchasing activities
