Responsiblities :
Lead and mentor the team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Oversee daily operations and each department's work progress.
Create rapport within the company as well as with clients.
Set comprehensive and thorough performance goals.
Foster a productive and positive environment.
Evaluate work performance and create feedback for any possible training.
Report back to the director on the company's performance.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong leadership skills.
Goal-oriented and results-driven.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Decisive and capable of making informed decisions.
Thai nationality with fluency in Thai and English.
