V Yachts Asia, the exclusive Thailand dealer for the world's most prestigious yachting brands Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, and Riva is seeking a General Manager of Sales & Business Operations.
This is a high-visibility role, Player-Coach leadership role. You will personally manage the acquisition of Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients while overseeing the operational heartbeat of our businessfrom international principal relations to after-sales excellence.

The Role : Sales Excellence + Operational Mastery
As the General Manager, you are the primary driver of our commercial success and the guardian of our operational standards. Your mission is twofold: to close the deals that define the Thai yachting market and to ensure our business infrastructure delivers a white-glove experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Own the P&L and revenue targets. Develop data-driven strategies to dominate the Thai luxury marine sector.
- Executive Reporting & Ownership Liaison: Deliver comprehensive, data-driven Executive Summaries reports to the Owner, providing sales pipeline, P&L performance, operational risks, and strategic market positioning to facilitate informed, high-level business decisions.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent in communication and team management with upper stakeholder and team.
- UHNW Account Management: Lead complex, multi-million dollar negotiations and build bespoke yacht specifications for Thailand's most discerning elite.
- Operational Oversight: Bridge the gap between Sales, After-Sales, and Logistics. Ensure that every yacht delivery is a flawless celebration of the brand.
- Global Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for Ferretti Group APAC and Italy, managing production slots, marketing alignment, and global brand standards.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent V Yachts Asia at elite international shows (Cannes, Monaco) and local high-society events.
Qualifications
- The Experience: 8+ years in Luxury Sales/Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or GM capacity.
- The Language: Professional English fluency is mandatory. Proficiency in Thai is a significant advantage
- The Mobility: Flexibility to lead teams across our Phuket and Bangkok offices and travel internationally upon customer engagement and corporate events.
Competitive Package: Base salary plus a commission.
