This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phuket for a General Manager at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the resort, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and staff performance. Responsibilities include strategic planning to drive business growth, supervising daily operations of all departments, managing financial objectives, and maintaining service quality standards. The General Manager will also represent the resort in local and global business networks and manage relationships with stakeholders to enhance the resort's reputation and revenue.
