Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phuket for a General Manager at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the resort, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and staff performance. Responsibilities include strategic planning to drive business growth, supervising daily operations of all departments, managing financial objectives, and maintaining service quality standards. The General Manager will also represent the resort in local and global business networks and manage relationships with stakeholders to enhance the resort's reputation and revenue.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills to oversee various departments and teams
  • Proven expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and budget analysis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality operations, including guest services, food and beverage management, and spa services
  • Effective communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Exceptional commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining excellence in property standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably at a luxury resort
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages, especially Thai, is an advantage
