Are you an internationally experienced leader already driving performance in Thailand’s automotive manufacturing space Take full command of a strategically critical plant supplying the world’s top automotive OEMs across Asia. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll manage end-to-end operations, commercial performance, and cross-functional teams - while helping shape long-term growth in Thailand and across Southeast Asia.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a 35+ person team across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, Finance
• Own full Thailand P&L, plant operations, and commercial outcomes
• Manage strategic partnerships with Japanese and Thai automotive OEMs
• Drive plant expansion and long-term growth initiatives
• Build and develop strong Thai leadership teams and local capability

What You’ll Bring

• GM or senior-level experience in Tier 1/OEM automotive manufacturing
• Strong commercial and operational leadership experience in Thailand
• Proven track record of developing Thai teams and leading cross-cultural operations
• Business development or commercial leadership background desirable
• Fluent English (Thai language a plus)
• Already based in Thailand
