Job Description

We're partnering with an innovative hospitality brand to appoint an exceptional General Manager who believes hospitality is about more than operations—it's about creating spaces where people thrive.

This executive leadership role is ideal for someone who can combine commercial excellence with a genuine passion for wellness, community building, and purposeful guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations and performance of the hotel, ensuring excellence across all departments.

• Drive financial performance by achieving revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management targets while identifying opportunities for sustainable business growth.

• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, service excellence, continuous learning, and employee well-being.

• Champion exceptional guest experiences by embedding wellness, personalization, and authentic hospitality into every stage of the guest journey.

• Design and grow wellness offerings, retreats, events, and curated experiences in collaboration with practitioners, instructors, and strategic partners.

• Build strong relationships with local communities, artisans, wellness experts, government agencies, tourism partners, and businesses to create unique guest experiences and strengthen the hotel's local presence.

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to enhance the hotel's brand positioning, increase occupancy, expand partnerships, and develop new revenue streams across leisure, corporate, and wellness segments.

• Lead sustainability and ESG initiatives by promoting responsible sourcing, environmental stewardship, and programs that create positive social impact.

• Ensure compliance with all operational, financial, health, safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining exceptional quality across the property.

• Analyse business performance, guest feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualification:

  • 8–10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, including General Manager or senior executive roles
  • A proven track record in hotel operations, financial management, and commercial performance
  • Experience in lifestyle, boutique, resort, or wellness hospitality is highly regarded
  • A collaborative, purpose-driven leadership style with outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in both Thai and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees, business partners, and local stakeholders
  • A passion for creating places that foster well-being, connection, and lasting impact
