AssetWise is looking for an experienced Marketing Leader to drive our corporate marketing strategy and accelerate business growth across our Condominium & Housing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Corporate Marketing & Portfolio Strategy to drive sales, revenue, market share, and RTM stock performance
- Oversee Brand, Integrated Campaigns, Sales Activation & Product Communication
- Drive Digital & Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, Conversion, ROAS and ROI
- Lead CRM, Customer Data, Martech/CDP and Data-Driven Marketing Transformation
- Develop new Revenue Initiatives, Partnerships and Growth Opportunities
- Lead cross-functional marketing teams and partner closely with Sales, IT and senior management
What We're Looking For
- Required experience over 10-15+ years of marketing experience from direct experience in Real Estate Development — Condominium and/or Housing Projects
- Strong track record in Marketing Strategy, Brand Portfolio, Digital Marketing and Commercial/Revenue Strategy
- Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets and multiple projects/brands
- Strong Business Acumen, Strategic Leadership and Data-Driven Decision Making
- Proven ability to lead large teams and work across functions at executive level
