Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive store performance including sales, profit (P&L), and sustainable business growth.
- Ensure excellence in store operations covering merchandising, customer experience, product freshness, stock management, and safety standards.
- Lead, manage, and coach the team to deliver high performance and strong business outcomes.
- Integrate Omni-channel operations (Online + Offline) to deliver seamless customer journeys (e.g., Click & Collect, Last-mile fulfillment, In-store digital experience).
- Leverage data and technology tools to make informed business decisions and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to ensure optimal stock flow, availability, and fulfillment accuracy.
- Drive digital adoption in-store, including mobile tools, automation, and process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Build a strong team culture focused on agility, innovation, and customer-centricity.
