Purpose
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Global Assistant Manager – Marketing Design support the development of marketing and sales materials for both internal and external use, ensuring alignment with corporate identity and design standards. This role contributes to business growth by helping enhance customer engagement, strengthening brand consistency, and presenting products and solutions clearly and effectively.
The Global Assistant Manager – Marketing Design assists in the production process—from concept support and content coordination to design execution, quality checks, and distribution—while ensuing deliverables meet Global Logistics business priorities, regional requirements, and branding guidelines.
Working closely with the Global Senior Manager – Marketing Production, the Global Assistant Manager – Marketing Design collaborates with global and regional marketing teams, product managers, sales teams, DP World's Corporate Design Studio, and external vendors to help produce accessible, high-quality marketing materials.
It requires strong design skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and effective cross-cultural communication to support timely delivery of consistent and relevant materials to target audiences globally.
Key Accountabilities
- Creative Development: Design and produce marketing and sales materials (digital and print) for internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with brand identity and design standards.
- End-to-End Production: Support the creative production process from concept input and content coordination through design, localisation, quality checks, and distribution.
- Brand Integrity: Apply corporate design guidelines consistently across global, regional, and local marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with global and regional marketing teams, product managers, and sales leaders to deliver effective design solutions.
- Business Support: Translate briefings and business requirements into effective visual communications that support Global Logistics growth and regional market priorities.
- Asset Development: Develop design templates, toolkits, and scalable assets to increase efficiency and accessibility across teams.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and process efficiency.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time, on brand, and within scope.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in design, production, sales enablement, and marketing in a global, B2B setting, preferably in the supply chain industry
- Creative Production: Ability to design and produce a variety of sales and marketing materials including presentations, brochures, case studies, and other digital assets.
- Brand Execution: Strong understanding of brand consistency across markets.
- Technology Savvy: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), as well as in the use of AI tools to support efficient collateral creation & productions
- Industry Expertise: Experience in transport, logistics, or similar B2B industries is an advantage.
- Global Perspective: Familiarity with collaborating in international teams and supporting projects involving global stakeholders.
- Cross-team Support: Experience working collaboratively with teams such as marketing, sales, creatives, and compliance delivering design outputs.
