About the Role

We are seeking a Global Cloud Procurement Lead to drive endtoend cloud category strategy and commercial performance across CP Group. This role leads cloud procurement for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, storage, and managed cloud operations, ensuring that sourcing, vendor management, and commercial decisions accelerate the Group's cloud and digital transformation.

You will act as the single commercial owner for hyperscaler and private cloud partnerships, overseeing strategy, sourcing execution, contract management, optimization, and governance across multiple business units.

1. Lead Global Cloud Category Strategy

  • Build and continuously evolve group-wide cloud procurement strategy.
  • Align cloud architecture, security, and data requirements with commercial models.
  • Drive demand forecasting, consumption planning, and multi-cloud positioning.

2. Own Cloud Sourcing & Negotiations

  • Lead endtoend sourcing for hyperscaler EAs, SPAs, SaaS, and private cloud.
  • Drive highstakes commercial negotiations covering pricing, discounts, commitments, and flexibility.
  • Resolve BU vs group sourcing conflicts and handle escalations.

3. Manage Cloud Contracts & Commercial Performance

  • Oversee lifecycle of cloud contracts, including amendments, renewals, and exits.
  • Ensure spending aligns with commitments and commercial safeguards.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for cloud contract and spend visibility.

4. Lead Vendor Relationship Management

  • Act as primary commercial interface to hyperscalers and strategic cloud vendors.
  • Drive executive engagements, QBRs, performance reviews, and roadmap alignment.
  • Maximize value via credits, incentives, coinnovation and capability-building programs.

5. Drive Cloud Cost Optimization

  • Work with Finance & Cloud COE to monitor consumption, optimize usage, and eliminate waste.
  • Support BU leaders in cloud cost analysis and workload decisions.

6. Strengthen Governance & Cloud Procurement Capability

  • Develop procurement playbooks, negotiation frameworks, and best practices.
  • Enable cloud governance committees and risk forums.
  • Lead knowledge sharing and build procurement capability across the Group.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Deep expertise with hyperscaler & private cloud commercial models, EA/SPA contracts, and cloud vendor management.
  • Proven ability to work across executive, technical, and procurement teams.
  • 15+ years experience in global/local cloud category management & sourcing.
  • Fluent in English; CIPS certification is a plus.
