Global Custodian

Responsibilities

• Oversee the custody of securities, investments, and foreign securities trading for clients.
• Coordinate with the partner companies both in Thailand and Oversea to execute customer orders.
• Check the daily trading report against the marketing's pre-confirmation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare the custodian fee and regularly follow up the customers on payment every month.
• Be responsible for the payment of dividends in USD to major shareholders on an annual basis.
• Be responsible for deposits and withdrawals with foreign brokers.
• Update on any transactions whatever purchase, sell, deposits and withdraws via booking system.
• Verify the accuracy of the foreign investment report before submit to related units.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree and / or Master degree in Business administration, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Proven experience: 1-5 years.
• Have knowledge of the brokerage's business, products, and services.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Good command of English communication and also good presentation and inter-personal skills.
• Knowledge of Thai custody is preferable.
