This role sits in the Central FP&A/Performance team within the Finance Department, focused on analyzing the financial performance of the different business units. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support business decision making to Senior Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Global E Collections Executive to join our team on a 1-year contract intially to support the successful execution of client chargebacks and online payment operations. This role is essential in maintaining service excellence across our KPIs and SLAs, while supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients. As we continue to expand our payment gateway capabilities, this position may evolve based on future business needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of online credit card payments, including configuration, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
  • Handle high-volume batches of credit card transactions weekly, ensuring accurate posting, clearing, and reconciliation.
  • Lead the chargeback process for VISA and Mastercard, including analysis, rejection handling, and validation with hotel partners.
  • Utilize fraud prevention tools and implement risk control measures to safeguard transactions.
  • Maintain and monitor milestones and KPIs, ensuring alignment with established SLAs and process standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve payment-related issues efficiently.
  • Support system improvements and process enhancements based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Required Skillset and Experience

  • Proven experience in payment operations, sales support, or financial reconciliation, ideally in a high-volume transaction environment.
  • Strong understanding of credit card processing, chargebacks, and fraud prevention tools.
  • Familiarity with VISA and Mastercard dispute processes and reconciliation workflows.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, CRM systems, or payment gateways is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
