Global Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Global Financial Controller to lead the finance function of an international organisation with operations across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

This senior leadership role will oversee global financial reporting, consolidation, governance, treasury, and financial planning while partnering with executive management to support business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global financial reporting, consolidation, and financial control across international entities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, treasury, and cash flow management.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Drive finance transformation, process improvement, and ERP optimisation.
• Lead and develop the global finance team.

Requirements

• Experience in the retail luxury goods, jewelry, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in Group consolidation, IFRS, FP&A, treasury, and financial controls.
• CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent is preferred.
• 12+ years of finance leadership experience in multinational organisations.
• Experience managing regional or international finance teams.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
