We're looking for a Global IT Manager based in Bangkok to lead IT Support and act as the key link between the business and Group IT. You'll help to ensure reliable IT services while driving improvements through technology, data and automation.
What you will do
- Lead, develop and empower the IT Support team, ensuring reliable and responsive technology services
- Drive service quality, incident resolution, SLA performance and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary technology liaison between business leaders and Group IT
- Represent business needs in Group IT projects and coordinate local implementation and readiness
- Oversee infrastructure and workplace technology requirements, working closely with Group IT and external partners
- Support cybersecurity, IT risk management and the implementation of Group security standards
- Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring technology solutions support business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
- Identify opportunities for automation, BI, data and digitalisation to improve productivity and business performance
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted technology advisor
- Manage IT priorities, budgets, vendors and resources while building a high-performing, service-oriented IT culture
What you bring
- Significant experience in IT management or senior IT leadership
- Strong experience in IT support/service delivery
- Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT risk
- Experience with BI, analytics, automation and IT projects
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Experience in a multinational or matrix organisation
- Business-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (mostly Germany and South Africa) for extended periods
