Job description
- Develop and implement product to enhance Global Markets (Murex) profitability and improve client experience.
- Analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to support product and process development.
- Plan and manage product launches, recalls, and re-launches to address client risk exposure and respond to market movement conditions.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure all aspects of product development, including risk management, systems, processes, controls, compliance, and legal approvals, while maintaining compliance control standards.
- Monitor and control all risks within set limits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in the trading business.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess market opportunities and risks.
- Good communication skills with leadership qualities to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
- Treasury Dealers License and Bond License are a must
