Job Description:
- Lead end‑to‑end New Product Development (NPD) from concept creation through commercial launch across multiple countries.
- Manage cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
- Own and drive project timelines using structured stage‑gate processes to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
- Develop clear product briefs, specifications, and business cases aligned with global and regional strategies.
- Coordinate product adaptation and localization to meet market, regulatory, and consumer requirements in each country.
- Oversee packaging development, pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and launch readiness activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and internal governance requirements.
- Monitor post‑launch performance and lead optimization initiatives based on market feedback and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management or New Product Development within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of managing products from NPD through multi‑market launches.
- Strong understanding of FMCG operations, including supply chain, manufacturing, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience working with international markets and managing complex, cross‑border stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, commercial mindset, and ability to translate consumer insights into product strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English.
