Overview

This position will be hired under our Thailand entity - Quantium Solutions (Thailand) Company Limited.We are seeking a dynamic Global Sales and Partnerships Managerto be a driving force behind our international expansion. This dual-focus role is designed for a sales professional who not only excels at direct client acquisition but also thrives in forging strategic alliances. You will leverage your existing logistics network to generate immediate revenue while simultaneously building the partnerships that will fuel our long-term growth in the global e-commerce landscape. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record, an established black book of contacts, and the sophistication to navigate complex, cross-border stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Pipeline Development:

  • Actively manage and grow anexisting book of businesswithin target e-commerce sectors (E.g. Fashion, Wellness, Supplements, Large MNCs).
  • Employ a hunter mentality tobuild a new, robust sales pipelinefrom prospecting to closure, meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop tailored logistics solutions and present compelling proposals to clients and prospects globally.

Partnership Strategy & Management:

  • Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships with key players such as e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, technology providers, and complementary service firms.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and agreement negotiation to onboarding and joint go-to-market planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure partnership initiatives are executed successfully and deliver mutual value.

Global Market Expertise:

  • Utilize yourdeep network and knowledge of the Southeast Asian market, as well as other global regions, to identify high-potential opportunities and navigate local business practices.
  • Serve as a key liaison between international clients/partners and our internal operational hubs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform both sales and partnership strategies.

Coordination & Collaboration:

  • Work seamlessly across multiple international time zones to coordinate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal).
  • Maintain meticulous records in the CRM system for both sales leads and partnership engagements.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, partnership pipeline, and market insights for leadership.

*This role is subject to annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to new account onboarding.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven Sales Track Record:Minimum of5 years of successful experience in logistics sales with 2-3 years in specifically e-commerce logistics.
  • Established Network:A demonstrableexisting book of business or a robust network of contactsin Southeast Asia and/or other global markets, specifically within relevant e-commerce sectors.
  • Linguistic Proficiency:Fluency in English is mandatory.Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, Spanish) is asignificant advantage.
  • Commercial Drive:A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to build a pipeline from scratch and close deals independently.
  • Global Mobility & Flexibility:A genuinewillingness and ability to travel internationallyas required. Must be adept at working effectively across cultures and time zones.
