Key Responsibilities

1. Global Social Media Matrix Operations

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and strategy formulation of Vantage's global social media accounts (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop localized operational strategies for different market regions (Europe, APAC, Middle East, etc.) to ensure brand consistency while aligning with local cultural norms.
  • Build a multi-account matrix (brand main account, market analysis accounts, customer service accounts) to increase follower count and user engagement.

2. Brand Content & Creative Planning

  • Brand Mindset: Deeply understand Vantage's brand values of compliance, stability, and globalization, and transform professional financial products into accessible, engaging social media content.
  • Plan and execute a content calendar covering market trend analysis, trading knowledge education (e.g., What is spread, Risk Management), brand stories, and customer testimonials.
  • Bilingual Content Creation: Independently produce high-quality English copy (for global markets) and Chinese copy (for Chinese-speaking markets), ensuring accurate professional terminology, authoritative tone, and approachable style.

3. AI-Powered Content Production & Optimization

  • AI Tool Utilization: Proficient in using generative AI tools to assist with daily tasks.
  • Establish AI workflows to improve content output efficiency, enabling high-frequency, high-quality social media updates.

4. User Engagement & Community Management

  • Monitor social media comments and direct messages, build an efficient customer service response mechanism, and answer non-sensitive product inquiries (e.g., platform download, onboarding processes).
  • Manage trading communities, collaborate with analysts to plan interactive activities, and foster a positive trading community atmosphere.
  • Use AI-powered sentiment monitoring tools to track brand reputation in real time, preventing and addressing potential PR crises.

5. Marketing Campaigns & KOL Marketing

  • Support company-wide marketing initiatives by planning social media campaigns to improve conversion rates.
  • Source and collaborate with global finance/ trading KOLs and influencers, managing partnership content (livestreams, interviews, reviews) while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements (no promises of returns, full risk disclosures).

6. Data Review & Compliance Risk Control

  • Analyze social media data, generate monthly review reports using AI analytics tools, and continuously optimize delivery strategies.
  • Compliance First: Thoroughly understand regulatory red lines for financial advertising (especially FCA/ASIC marketing restrictions on CFD trading). Ensure all copy, images, and videos include mandatory risk warnings and avoid misleading communications.

Job Requirements

1. Education & Industry Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Journalism & Communication, English, New Media, or related fields; 3+ years of social media operations experience.
  • Prior experience in fintech, forex brokerage, banking, or investment institutions is preferred. Knowledge of CFD/forex/stock trading basics is a plus.

2. Language Proficiency

  • Native-level Chinese + professional-level English (CET-6+/IELTS 7.0+). Able to read overseas financial news (Bloomberg, ForexLive) fluently and write marketing copy in natural, authentic English.

3. Brand Sense

  • Possess strong brand awareness; think about operations from the perspective of brand equity rather than just chasing traffic. Consistently convey Vantage's professional and trustworthy image.

4. AI Skills

  • Heavy user of AI tools; not limited to basic chatbots, but able to explore practical AI applications in image processing, video editing, SEO optimization, data analysis, etc.

5. Soft Skills

  • Strong stress tolerance, data sensitivity, and excellent cross-departmental communication skills.
