Global Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure Fresh Food and Dry Food products to meet business and customer requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supply agreements to achieve the best value while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and market research to support sourcing decisions.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop partnerships with reliable domestic and international suppliers.
• Manage supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with international purchasing agreements and company standards.
• Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and identify new product opportunities to support category growth and sourcing targets.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity.
• Prepare and analyze sourcing and performance reports to support business planning and decision-making.
• Assess sourcing risks and implement effective mitigation plans to ensure a stable supply chain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree, at least 4 years working experience in sourcing food field for Retail business
• Prefer to have an experience in export - import food business
• Computer skill – MS. Office
• Entrepreneur, problem-solving, flexible, good attitude
• Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
• Strong project management with leadership skills
