Job Description

General Manager – Accounting & Corporate Affairs

An exciting opportunity for senior accounting leaders who enjoy both finance operations and corporate management in a group company environment.

Our international manufacturing client is looking for a strong Accounting & Corporate Affairs leader to oversee financial reporting, accounting compliance, tax management, and corporate administration across multiple subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full accounting operations including month-end closing, financial reporting, fixed assets, tax compliance, and accounting policy implementation

• Monitor and update accounting/tax regulations to ensure compliance across the group

• Review financial statements, reconciliations, costing, and management reports

• Coordinate with auditors, government authorities, and stakeholders

• Oversee corporate affairs and office administration functions across group companies

• Support executive management on corporate documentation, legal coordination, visas/work permits, office operations, and inter-company communication

• Manage administrative budget and cost control initiatives

Ideal Background:

• 10–15+ years of experience in Accounting, Corporate Affairs, or Office Administration

• Strong managerial experience in multinational or group company environment

• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, compliance, and corporate governance

• Experience managing multi-subsidiary operations is highly preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English communication preferred
