Financial Reporting & Internal Controls: Direct all accounting, audit, and financial reporting activities, ensuring strict compliance with global standards and the accuracy of internal management insights.
Treasury & Capital Management: Strategically manage liquidity, cash flow, and banking relationships to optimize working capital and oversee major CAPEX expenditures.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Enforce rigorous corporate governance and risk-management frameworks to protect the business from financial, legal, and operational liabilities.
Stakeholder Management & Team Mentorship: Build strong external partnerships with banks and auditors while leading and developing cross-functional teams in Finance, Accounting, and Operations.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Professional financial certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is an advantage.
10+ years of experience in senior management as Finance Director is required.
