Job Summary:

Responsible for General Manager of Human Resource all functions of the Human Resource department in a supervisory capacity, ensuring alignment with NRF. Demonstrate strong leadership by guiding and mentoring associates, fostering a positive work environment, and driving associate's engagement. Oversee human resources functions including acquisition onboarding, performance management, and compliance. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance associate skills, monitor their effectiveness, and support continuous professional development. Maintain a service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full HR loop including recruitment, talent development, performance management, C&B, HR operations, and employee relations
  • Set HR fundamentals and implement KPI frameworks to monitor and improve performance across the organization
  • Partner with the executive team to drive people strategy supporting business growth and brand expansion
  • Build talent pipelines and succession plans for key leadership and critical roles
  • Drive leadership development, talent management, and culture initiatives aligned with brand values
  • Manage HR policies, systems, and governance to ensure efficiency and labor law compliance

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within Manufacturer or FMCG is preferred.
  • Experience: The candidate should have proven experience in a senior HR role within a manufacturer, with a focus on talent management and organizational development
  • Strong understanding of Thai labor law, employee relations, and HR governance
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Fluent on written and spoken in Thai
