The Opportunity
We are seeking a senior business leader to take full accountability for both manufacturing operations and commercial performance of a shelf-stable food business. This role carries end-to-end P&L responsibility, covering factory efficiency, product portfolio, and revenue growth across multiple channels.
This is a strategic leadership position for someone who can balance operational excellence with strong market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Financial Leadership
- Own overall business performance, including revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
- Drive financial discipline across cost structure, pricing strategy, and investment decisions.
Manufacturing & Plant Management
- Lead end-to-end factory operations, including Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
- Ensure operational efficiency through continuous improvement in productivity, yield, and on-time delivery.
- Maintain full compliance with international food safety and quality standards (e.g. GMP, HACCP, BRC/IFS).
Commercial & Market Execution
- Oversee sales strategy across key channels such as Modern Trade, Foodservice, Distributors, and OEM/Private Label.
- Manage product mix, pricing architecture, and promotional plans to maximize market competitiveness.
- Strengthen relationships with strategic customers and partners, both local and international.
Planning & Performance Management
- Lead demand planning and integrated business planning processes.
- Monitor key operational and commercial KPIs, translating data into actionable improvement plans.
Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of leadership experience in FMCG / food manufacturing environments.
- Solid background in factory-based operations, ideally within seafood, protein, or shelf-stable categories.
- Strong exposure to commercial management and key account handling.
- Proven ability in managing full P&L and driving profitability.
- Hands-on leadership style with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
