Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and external deployment partners.
- Experience programming in one or more of the following: Java, Python, Go, C++, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with cloud computing, IT systems integration, and deploying enterprise SaaS solutions (specifically Google Workspace).
Preferred qualifications:
- Professional certification in Google Workspace Administration or Google Cloud.
- Good understanding of the Workspace or equivalent products and a clear, business-oriented grasp of its principles and potential. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts as business value and ROI to executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated record in implementing large-scale cloud or software projects in corporate environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical tradeoffs to both executive stakeholders and engineering teams.

As a Delivery Manager in Google Cloud's Professional Services organization, you will lead a team of technical consultants and Cloud engineers providing consulting services to enterprise organizations adopting Google Workspace and associated solutions. You will directly manage client engagements for your team, interfacing with executive client and internal stakeholders to ensure services are delivered to schedule, to margin goals, and with positive customer feedback. You will also provide leadership on scoping potential services and developing a business roadmap for professional services offerings, ensuring alignment with Sales and Product priorities.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery and technical strategy for Google Workspace deployments, ensuring architectural alignment and smooth data migrations from legacy systems. Act as the central interface, coordinating complex technical requirements between customers, internal cross-functional teams, and external system integrators.
- Define project scope, establish baselines, and manage schedules while identifying and mitigating risks to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget. Conduct regular service reviews, monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA), and track quality metrics to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through technical change management and user adoption strategies to maximize the value of their Google Workspace investment.
- Consult clients on best practices, security protocols, and the rollout of new Workspace features, including Generative AI integrations.
- Provide technical implementation support in customer environments, including guidance on implementation feasibility of cross-product integrations.
