We are looking for an ambitious consultant to join our team of experienced professionals focused on the insurance and banking sectors.
Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Support the team in analyzing regulations and assessing client compliance with regulatory requirements such as the BoT, OIC, SEC, and AMLO. Identify gaps and provide practical recommendations, including guidance on implementing processes to achieve compliance.
- Internal Audit: Collaborate with the team to analyze and design operational processes and controls. Test control effectiveness to identify weaknesses or gaps, as part of internal audit engagements or during Quality Assessment Reviews of internal audit functions.
- Enterprise Risk Management: Assist in evaluating and designing Enterprise Risk Management frameworks. Test control effectiveness, identify gaps, and provide recommendations as part of risk management engagements.
- Project Management: Support compliance and/or risk management-related projects in a PMO capacity, including project planning and governance, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and reporting. Drive the development of governance meeting's agenda and liaise with the delivery team to prepare meeting materials, and prepare progress reports/dashboards for leadership oversight.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications for Associate:
- New graduates with strong academic achievements in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields are also welcome to apply.
- At least 1 2 years related experience, preferably with banking or insurance focus.
Qualifications for Senior:
- At least 3 4 years related experience, preferably with a banking or insurance focus.Experienced in compliance, risk management, internal controls and/or external audit will be given special consideration.
- Understand how to conduct basic legal/regulatory research and analyze regulatory updates, familiar with regulatory frameworks and requirements in Thailand and able to make interpretations within the context of business processes.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Strong business awareness and able to identify audit issues from commercial transactions.
- Eager to learn and can quickly adapt to new situations, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Able to work in an agile manner, adapting to changing priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, and willingness to engage with clients under guidance.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Proficient in English and Thai (verbal and written).
