Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish, develop, and maintain effective government relations with relevant authorities related to data center businesses, including telecommunications, digital economy, energy, industry, investment, and logistics, in alignment with the company's business strategy and plans.

2. Monitor, analyze, and assess government policies, laws, regulations, and measures related to data centers, digital infrastructure, power supply, telecommunications, importexport, and supply chain operations, and evaluate their impact on the company's operations and development.

3. Coordinate and secure government support, incentives, and policy benefits related to data center and digital infrastructure businesses, such as investment incentives, subsidies, government-funded projects, and relevant certifications, including project application, execution, inspection, and closure.

4. Build and maintain strong working relationships with relevant government agencies; coordinate daily interactions between the company and government bodies, including official visits, project or product presentations, meetings, and business negotiations, as well as participation in government and industry events.

5. Manage and coordinate logistics activities related to data center operations, including import and export of servers, network equipment, power systems, cooling systems, and other infrastructure equipment, in compliance with applicable laws, customs regulations, and government requirements.

6. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and logistics partners to plan transportation, warehousing, installation, and delivery of data center equipment in accordance with project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.

7. Oversee documentation and compliance related to logistics and supply chain operations, such as importexport licenses, customs documentation, compliance certificates, and government-related project documentation, to ensure smooth and continuous data center operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Engineering, Logistics, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.

2. At least 5 years of working experience in data center, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, IT, logistics, or related industries. Experience in government relations or large-scale project coordination is highly preferred.

3. Strong knowledge and understanding of laws, regulations, and policies related to data centers, such as telecommunications regulations, energy regulations, importexport controls, digital industry policies, and investment promotion requirements.

4. Proven experience in project management, government incentive or subsidy applications, project documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

5. Knowledge or experience in data centerrelated logistics and supply chain management, including import and export of IT equipment, handling of high-value or large-scale equipment, customs clearance, and coordination with logistics service providers.

6. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with government authorities, partners, and internal teams.

7. Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.

8. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
