Authorized Store Lead Consultant - Management Trainee

Overview:
Xiaomi's global new retail business is rapidly expanding in Thailand. We are seeking future leaders who aspire to grow and make an impact across the country. This program offers comprehensive training in store operations, regional market strategies, and global retail systems. Through mentorship, headquarters support, and role rotations, you will develop into a skilled retail store management professional with broad vision, contributing to Xiaomi's long-term growth in Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in drive store performance improvement by developing sales plans and strategies, leading partner teams to achieve company sales targets, and supporting the development of business optimization initiatives for Xiaomi New Retail stores.
- Collaborate with Store Managers and sales teams to oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient store management.
- Support new store openings and project execution by working cross-functionally with internal teams to implement key initiatives that support Xiaomi's retail international expansion.
- Gain hands-on experience across local stores nationwide, learning and applying best practices in customer service, merchandise management, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Expected to graduating before May 2026, all majors welcome.
- Willing to train as a Product Consultant at a Xiaomi direct store for 3 months then move to work in our Authorised store for 3 months
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Flexible working hours (morning and afternoon shifts available).
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English/Chinese.
- Culturally sensitive and inclusive, with strong learning agility and adaptability.
- Passionate about technology and electronic products; Xiaomi fans are preferred.
- Logical thinker, proactive, collaborative, with basic data analysis capabilities.
