Job Summary

The Graphic Design and Social Media Executive is responsible for elevating and safeguarding the visual identity and digital presence of Rosewood Phuket. This role creates refined brand-led content, curates social media storytelling, and supports integrated marketing initiatives that enhance brand desirability, guest engagement, and commercial performance across digital and printed touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute graphic design, digital marketing, and social media initiatives that reflect the positioning, values, and business objectives of Rosewood Phuket.

• Create, design, and adapt brand collateral for print and digital use, including advertisements, promotional materials, signage, presentations, and online content.

• Manage social media platforms and content calendars with a strong focus on consistency, relevance, and elevated brand storytelling.

• Capture and edit high-quality photography and video content for social media, website, and other guest-facing marketing channels.

• Conceptualize creative content, storyboards, and short-form videos that align with market trends while preserving brand integrity.

• Coordinate and support influencer and content creator partnerships, including planning, hosting, creative direction, and post-campaign follow-up.

• Review campaign and content performance, analyze relevant insights, and recommend enhancements to strengthen engagement and conversion.

• Collaborate closely with Commercial and Operations Teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver cohesive campaigns and promotional initiatives.

• Support the execution of annual and monthly marketing, advertising, and public relations plans in line with commercial priorities.

• Ensure excellence in quality control from concept through final production, maintaining brand standards, accuracy, and timeliness.

• Manage multiple projects with discretion, agility, and attention to detail, including urgent requests and time-sensitive business needs.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design and editing platforms.

• Strong capability in photography retouching, video editing, and multimedia content creation.

• Solid understanding of social media platforms, short-form content, and digital best practices.

• Ability to translate brand direction into visually compelling content with a refined aesthetic sensibility.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Working knowledge of web design or basic HTML is advantageous.

• Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, and tight timelines within a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and sound judgment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Thai is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related discipline preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, social media, or content creation.

• Experience within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, wellness, media, advertising, or marketing communications is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in producing brand collateral and digital content across multiple platforms.

• Experience working with agencies, suppliers, influencers, or external creative partners is an advantage.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, video, and social media content capabilities is preferred.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
