ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a visually driven Graphic Designer Intern to join our Hotel Branding & Creative team. You will contribute to the hotel's aesthetic identity across collateral, print and digital, and AI-enhanced visual content, working closely with the Brand team to deliver consistent, on-brand design that elevates the guest experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Collateral & Creative Artworks
- Design brand collateral across print and digital formats: menus, stationery, key card sleeves, etc.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with the team to ensure quality output.
- Adapt and resize the master artwork to platform-specific formats with precision.
Visual Asset Sourcing
- Research and source stock photography and video; maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Curate and maintain an organised visual asset SharePoint for team-wide access.
AI-Assisted Visual Creation
- Use AI image generation tools to produce concept visuals and creative explorations.
- Apply AI enhancement tools to upscale, retouch, and refine assets for professional use.
- Stay current on emerging AI creative tools and contribute to prompt best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Interest in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or hotel branding aesthetics.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign are essential; experience with the full Adobe ecosystem is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for presentations, briefs, and team collaboration.
- Practical experience with AI creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or equivalent) for generating and enhancing visual content.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating layout skills, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
