Responsibilities
- Develop core creative concepts and establish a consistent design system.
- Design visual assets for online media, including graphics, photos, videos, display materials, and layouts for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LINE, and TikTok.
- Create offline materials such as catalogs, sales kits, packaging, material charts, and presentations.
- Be available for on-site photography and video shooting during off-site events.
- Select and evaluate new product designs from factories.
- Match product colors and specifications according to customer project requirements.
- Arrange and design product samples on displays to make them visually appealing.
- Research competitors product designs in the market to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in creative direction and collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align visuals with brand strategy.
- Ensure consistency in design across all marketing materials and maintain a strong brand identity.
- Review and provide feedback on outsourced design work.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe programs.
- Strong ability to design layouts, retouch images, create infographics, record videos, and edit video content.
- Open-minded and adaptable to different design styles, branding, marketing, and AI-driven content creation.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality designs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
