About the Role

We're looking for aGraphic Designer & Content Creator (13 years experience)who can bring ideas to life visually and help shape our brand presence across digital platforms.

This role combines creativity with strategy. You'll work closely with our marketing, tech, and leadership teams to create compelling visual content that supports our platformScalifyand our enterprise clients.

You'll design. You'll create. You'll tell stories visually.

Your Responsibilities

Design & Branding

• Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, ads, email campaigns, and presentations
• Develop visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
• Support website design updates and landing page visuals

Content Creation

• Create short-form digital content (social posts, reels concepts, carousels, etc.)
• Assist with blog visuals, case studies, and campaign materials
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and brand storytelling

Digital & Marketing Support

• Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts
• Support paid ad creatives (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
• Ensure visual consistency across all channels

Creative Growth

• Stay up to date with design trends, social media formats, and emerging tools
• Contribute ideas for improving engagement and brand positioning
  

About You

• 13 years of experience in graphic design and/or content creation
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social, and digital design work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools (Figma, Canva Pro, etc.)
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills
• Self-starter mindset you take initiative and ownership

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience working with tech or SaaS companies
• Understand UX/UI basics
• Can contribute to motion graphics or light animation
