Position Title: Graphic Designer
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Marketing Manager
Location: Fully Onsite
General Purpose:
Responsible for designing visually compelling marketing and brand assets that support customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness across digital and offline channels. The role plays a key part in translating financial and trading concepts into clear, engaging, and high-performing visual content for a global Forex, CFD, or financial services organization.
Specific Objectives (:12 months):
- Develop high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand identity and enhance customer engagement across multiple channels
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives through effective design and visual communication
- Produce creative assets that improve campaign performance, brand visibility, and audience engagement
- Ensure consistency of branding, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing materials
- Create engaging visual content optimized for social media platforms, websites, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities
- Translate complex Forex, trading, and financial concepts into visually appealing and easily understandable graphics
- Support integrated marketing campaigns through the timely delivery of creative assets
- Improve design efficiency and scalability by maintaining organized design systems, templates, and asset libraries
- Stay ahead of design trends, digital marketing innovations, and industry developments within the Forex and financial services sectors
- Deliver high-quality creative work while managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
Key Activities:
- Design marketing materials for digital and offline channels, including banners, landing pages, advertisements, and promotional assets
- Create visual content for Forex products, campaigns, and brand communications
- Develop graphics for social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Line
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support integrated marketing campaigns
- Adapt and optimize designs for different platforms, formats, and audiences
- Translate trading concepts and financial data into engaging visual content
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing developments, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual communication
- Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to transform complex concepts into clear and engaging visuals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
- Excellent time management and project coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Forex, Stocks, Cryptocurrency, or financial markets is an advantage

Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives, determined based on candidate experience, technical capabilities, and portfolio quality.
