Print Studio & Creative Production Lead — Bangkok

UrbanFlowers is looking for a creative and hands-on person to help us build and run our new in-house print and personalization studio in Bangkok.

We are expanding into more personalized gifts and products, including:

• Fine-art and giclée prints
• Photo printing
• Posters and framed prints
• T-shirt printing
• Personalized gifts
• Packaging and product presentation

This is not only a printer-operator job. We want someone who has a good eye for design and cares about making the final product look beautiful and premium.

What you will do

• Help set up the new print studio
• Work with professional giclée and T-shirt printing equipment
• Prepare artwork and photos for printing
• Test papers, inks, materials and print settings
• Make test prints and improve the result when needed
• Check colours, resolution, texture and print quality
• Work with designers and artists to prepare files correctly
• Use Photoshop and Illustrator to fix or adjust artwork
• Help create framed prints and personalized products
• Help with packaging and final product presentation
• Make sure every finished product meets our quality standard

What we are looking for

You should:

• Have a strong visual and design sense
• Be comfortable using Photoshop
• Ideally know Illustrator as well
• Understand basic image resolution and preparing files for print
• Be interested in printing, photography, art and physical products
• Be practical and comfortable working with your hands
• Be very detail-oriented
• Be willing to learn new printing equipment and techniques
• Be able to see when something does not look right and improve it
• Speak fluent Thai and have good working English

Experience with fine-art printing, photography, large-format printing, colour management, T-shirt printing or print production is a big advantage.

You do not need to know everything already. We are also interested in someone with strong design skills and the right attitude who wants to learn and grow into the role.

About the role

You will join while we are still building the studio, so the first weeks will include testing products, preparing artwork, choosing materials and helping set up the production process.

After launch, you will help manage the daily production of prints, T-shirts, framed products and personalized gifts.

Salary: ฿35,000–฿45,000/month depending on experience
