Location: Koh Samui, Thailand

Socialtel Samui is looking for a Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across social, events, nightlife, and on-ground experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys seeing their work come alive in real spacesnot just on screens.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Socialtel Samui, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets that support our social media, events, promotions, and in-house branding. You'll work closely with the Social & Marketing team to translate ideas into strong visuals that match the Socialtel energybold, fun, and community-driven.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for someone who is proactive, flexible, and comfortable working on multiple projects at once.

Working Days & Hours

- Monday Saturday

- 09.00 18.00

Due to the nature of hospitality and events, there may be campaigns, activations, or events taking place on weekends. In such cases, the Graphic Designer is expected to stand by and support work accordingly, with flexibility in working arrangements when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Design visual assets for social media (Instagram feed, stories, reels covers, paid ads)

- Create artwork for events, parties, and activations (posters, flyers, digital screens)

- Support in-house branding (menus, signage, tent cards, wall visuals, promotional materials)

- Adapt global brand guidelines to fit local Samui context and audience

- Collaborate with Social, Marketing, and Operations teams to meet deadlines

- Make quick design updates and revisions for fast-moving campaigns

- Manage multiple design requests while maintaining quality and consistency

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in Graphic Design (hospitality, lifestyle, nightlife, or F&B is a plus)

- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Familiarity with print production (sizes, formats, color setup) must have

- Good understanding of social media formats and trends

- Ability to work on-site in Koh Samui

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to handle fast turnaround work

- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work (social, posters, branding, print materials, etc.)

Nice to Have

- Experience working with hotels, hostels, bars, or nightlife brands

- Photography or basic video shooting skills

- Familiarity with print production (sizes, formats, color setup)
