The Greeter is responsible for creating an exceptional first impression and delivering a warm, refined, and personalized welcome to every client entering the boutique. As a true ambassador of the House, this role ensures that each guest experiences the highest standards of hospitality, service excellence, and brand storytelling, while supporting the sales team in delivering a seamless and elevated client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome the clients entering the boutique and ensure strong recognition of returning clients, regular customers, and VIPs
- Understand clients needs and guide them appropriately within the boutique
- Act as an ambassador of the boutique and the Maison by sharing its organization, heritage, history, and artistic universe
- Provide personalized assistance and respond promptly and attentively to clients needs
- Remember clients preferences and special requirements to deliver a tailored and memorable experience
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service at all times
- Demonstrate polished etiquette and appropriate behavior in every client interaction and situation
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure all client expectations are met seamlessly
- Maintain the utmost discretion, confidentiality, and respect for client privacy
- Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the management team
Profile
- Previous experience as a Greeter, Host, or in a similar client-facing role within a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Excellent grooming and presentation.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong storytelling ability, with the confidence to engage clients in a refined and meaningful way.
- Attentive, proactive, and highly service-oriented.
- Passion for delivering service excellence.
- Genuine enthusiasm and passion in luxury fashion
- Fluency in English or Chinese required; for Chinese, HSK 4–6 proficiency is preferred.
