The Ground Service Supervisor oversees daily ground handling operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant services in line with MJets standards and aviation regulations. This role coordinates ground activities, supervises service quality, manages irregular operations, and supports safety, quality, and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Verify that all documentation within Operations department is being completed and retained.
- Resolve and respond to customer request, questions, concerns and/or complaints.
- Liaise with the concerned division, state agency, safety and security section.
- Control and support Coordinate with the customers; Coordinate aircraft parking, refueling and Ground Services Equipment staff GSE as applicable
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
- Responsible for ensuring Ground Operations handling are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of MJets by using standards set out in MJets Manual Suite.
- Ensure that ground agent are asking the required security and dangerous goods questions.
- Ensure that all airport activities are conducted in compliance to internal standards and national regulations.
- Assist to ensuring all facilities and equipment are in a satisfactory operating condition.
- Assist OJT of new hire employees.
- Ensure that current regulatory and/or reference manuals are being used and available.
- Supervise the ground services process; Respond to customer service feedback.
- Follow designated work procedures to handle general Ground Services by providing efficient safe service.
- Ensure the services handling with passengers are being handled correctly.
- Supervise cancelled and delayed flights.
- Ensure that security control procedures are being maintained to prevent any unauthorized interference.
- Ramp Coordinator
- Review and implement corrective actions from the QS program.
- Conduct and review employee performance reviews.
- Cooperate with the CAAT and other applicable external organizations regarding MJets safety occurrences and other safety management issues.
- Support Finance functions (ERP System)
- Review and implement corrective actions from the QS program
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Aviation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Ground Service Supervisor, Ground Operations or a related field
- Knowledge of Ground Handling services
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and service-minded.
- Good team player, fast learning, and hard working.
- Able to work under pressure, flexible time, and shift working.
- Proficiency in English; TOEIC score of 650+ is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
