Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Group Account Director to lead key accounts and drive impactful integrated campaigns.

This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, brand strategy, and creative excellence, ensuring work that not only inspires but delivers real business results.

What You'll Do

Client Leadership

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior clients
  • Understand both stated and unstated client needs
  • Lead high-impact presentations and strategic conversations
  • Manage expectations and negotiate effectively
  • Bring the agency's full capabilities to solve client business challenges

Brand & Strategy

  • Lead brand and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities
  • Develop sharp consumer insights and translate them into strategy
  • Drive brand positioning and guard brand essence
  • Deliver clear, compelling communication and campaign strategies
  • Contribute ideas that unlock new business opportunities

Campaign Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end campaign development—from brief to execution
  • Write inspiring creative briefs and guide teams toward a strong big idea
  • Ensure alignment across creative, media, and production
  • Evaluate and elevate creative work with strategic perspective
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and delivery quality
  • Monitor performance and translate results into actionable insights

Commercial & Business Ownership

  • Own account financial health and revenue growth
  • Identify opportunities to expand client business
  • Monitor forecasts, billing, and profitability
  • Ensure efficient resource and budget management

Team Leadership

  • Set clear expectations and raise performance standards
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in Account Management / Communications (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, and media
  • Strong strategic thinking with deep understanding of consumer insights
  • Confident client leader with excellent presentation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing revenue
  • Ability to connect creativity with business impact
  • Up-to-date perspective on digital platforms, trends, and innovation
  • Experience leading pitches is a strong advantage
  • Fluent English communication
