Job Summary
This role leads the strategic planning and execution of marketing and commercialization initiatives for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products. Key responsibilities include developing brand strategies, executing tactical plans, and driving successful product launches in alignment with company objectives.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies and roadmaps for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products, aligning with overall Company objectives and market opportunities.
- Brand Plan: Identify and formulate local commercial strategies derived from market research and competitive insights.
- Tactical Plan: Plan and implement agreed projects and milestones in alignment with timelines and Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets.
- Create compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products from competing products in the market.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic marketing campaigns and drive successful commercialization.
- Design and develop marketing tools / programs that fulfil the activities described in product marketing plans.
- Lead the planning and execution of product, including market penetration strategies and promotional activities.
- Provide product knowledge, and direction to the field sales team to ensure that they are well equipped with scientific and communication skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with critical external stakeholders such as Key Opinion Leaders and health policy makers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical / Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Masters in Business Administration is preferred.
- Proven track record of minimum 5-6 years in Product Manager role and product management in pharmaceutical.
- Strong experience successful launching new product and tender process is a must.
- Knowledge of endocrinology, oncology and hematology therapeutic areas are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in English is required to work with the Global HQ and other regional stakeholders.
- Good critical thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Computer literacy excel in Pivot and MS Office is a must.
