About the Role

We are seeking an experienced GroupChief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and governance of our publicly listed Group with multiple subsidiaries across diverse industries.

This is a key leadership role responsible for financial strategy, group consolidation, capital structure, investment management, and compliance, ensuring the Group's sustainable growth, profitability, and transparency in line with corporate governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the Group's overall financial strategy and ensure financial discipline across all subsidiaries.
  • Oversee group financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and compliance with IFRS/TFRS and SET/SEC regulations.
  • Direct budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage treasury, funding, and capital structure optimization, including debt and equity financing.
  • Evaluate and execute investment, M&A, and divestment opportunities aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance frameworks.
  • Lead investor relations and stakeholder communications to enhance market confidence and transparency.
  • Develop and mentor finance leaders across the Group, driving digital transformation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least 8 years at CFO or Group Finance Director level in a listed company or large conglomerate.
  • Proven expertise in group financial consolidation, treasury, capital market transactions, and financial restructuring.
  • Strong understanding of Thai and international financial reporting standards (TFRS/IFRS) and SET/SEC requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills with high integrity and business acumen.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English.
