1. Group-level Corporate Communication Strategy
Develop and manage overall corporate communication strategies aligned with the Group's business objectives.
Define group-level communication guidelines in collaboration with senior leaders to strengthen brand trust,
transparency, and organizational leadership positioning.
2. Reputation & Issue Management
Plan and oversee communication initiatives that reinforce the organization's reputation, including crisis
communication planning and response.
Manage strategic messaging related to key global trends such as sustainability, data privacy, innovation, and
user safety.
3. Corporate Messaging & Tone of Voice
Develop and maintain the organization's message framework, key messages, and tone of voice to ensure
consistency with business positioning and brand values in the e-commerce sector.
4. Media Relations & PR Planning
Design and execute PR strategies to build awareness and support corporate initiatives, including strategic
partnerships and market expansions.
Proactively establish and maintain relationships with media, including influencers, bloggers, and specialized
tech/e-commerce journalists (SEA media landscape).
5. Marketing Communication & Thought Leadership
Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to deliver corporate campaigns that enhance brand credibility and
thought leadership.
Oversee content creation for digital corporate channels, including LinkedIn, blogs, websites, and other owned
platforms.
6. Business Growth & Regional Communication Alignment
Coordinate with corporate communication teams across Malaysia, the Philippines, and other regional offices to
ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across Southeast Asia.
Support international corporate image and communication strategies for market expansion, new launches, and
cross-border partnerships, adapting approaches to fit local cultural contexts.
7. Other Corporate Communication-related Tasks
Perform additional duties assigned by senior management or the CEO related to corporate communication
Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 7 years in Public Relations or corporate communications, or reputation management, ideally within multinational corporations, e-commerce, or technology industries.
