Group Head – Performance Marketing -Gurugram - 7 to 10 Years of Agency experience

About the Role

Social Beat is looking for an experienced Group Head – Performance Marketingto lead a portfolio of clients and drive performance marketing strategy across Meta and Google platforms.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in developing performance marketing strategies, media planning, client consulting, and team leadership. They should be capable of managing multiple client accounts while mentoring a team and driving measurable business outcomes.

A basic understanding of Programmatic (DV360) will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Develop media plans aligned with client objectives and marketing funnels.
  • Manage branding, lead generation, and D2C campaigns.
  • Own campaign planning, execution reviews, optimization strategy, and business recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Lead client presentations, campaign reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Mentor and manage a team of Performance Marketing Managers and Specialists.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, and overall business performance.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital advertising agency.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Marketing funnels
  • Media planning
  • Audience strategy
  • Budget allocation
  • Campaign optimization
  • Attribution and reporting
  • Experience managing Lead Generation and D2C clients.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to independently lead strategy discussions.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously.
