Performance Management Leadership : Orchestrate the end-to-end annual performance cycle (Goal Setting Check-ins & Reviews Calibration Evaluation / Assessment), ensuring that rigorous KPI alignment goes hand-in-hand with talent growth. You will embed Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career conversations into the process, ensuring that performance management drives both business results and professional progression.
Talent Development & Continuous Feedback : Shift the culture from compliance to growth by embedding ongoing check-ins and career conversations into the cycle. You will ensure appraisal outcomes directly trigger Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and actionable career progression steps.
Job Architecture & Career Frameworks : Lead the Job Evaluation process (Hay/Mercer methodology) to grade roles, ensuring job levels are linked to transparent career growth and internal mobility opportunities.
Governance & Stakeholder Management : Drive the technical governance of compensation strategies and oversee the management of group-wide benefit portfolios (Insurance, Wellness), ensuring maximum value, cost efficiency, and a superior employee experience.
What you will bring
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics/Mathematics.
Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) / Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Rewards pathway is a plus
7+ years of experience, with a track record of leading full Performance & Reward cycles for a sizable workforce (3,000+ employees)
Advanced Financial Modeling skills. You must be able to build complex simulations in Excel from scratch (VBA/Macros is a plus) to predict budget variance
Certified or deeply experienced in grading methodologies (e.g., Mercer IPE, Korn Ferry Hay)
Group/Holding Exposure: Experience navigating the tension between Group Control and Local Flexibility in Group / Holding structure or large multi-national environment
