Growth Analytics Manager

We're supporting a well-funded consumer brand that is scaling quickly across Asia and investing heavily in data-driven decision making. As growth accelerates, the leadership team is seeking a Growth Analytics Manager who can turn information into action.

You'll partner directly with senior stakeholders across operations, marketing, finance, and leadership teams to answer critical business questions. Which initiatives drive growth Where can profitability improve Which projects deserve investment How can technology and AI help teams make better decisions faster

This role combines commercial analytics, business performance, project delivery, and strategic problem solving. You'll build decision-support tools, develop meaningful performance metrics, identify opportunities hidden within operational data, and help ensure key initiatives are successfully executed.

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with practical business judgement. You're comfortable working with dashboards, models, data visualization tools, and modern technology, but you're equally comfortable presenting recommendations and helping teams implement change.

Backgrounds from commercial analytics, strategy, business analysis, consulting, performance management, or similar functions are particularly relevant. Experience within consumer-facing, multi-site, retail, hospitality, delivery, or startup environments would be advantageous.
