Chapter is the newest venture from The Coral Lounge, built on a strong foundation in premium hospitality.
Extending beyond traditional formats, Chapter explores a more considered approach to urban environments, shaping spaces that respond to the pace and rhythm of the city.
We are currently forming our founding team in Bangkok to bring the first Chapter location to life.
Role Overview
The Growth & Brand Manager will take ownership of how Chapter is introduced, understood, and experienced from the outside in.
This role is responsible for shaping perception, building early demand, and establishing meaningful connections with the right audience and partners.
From pre-launch through to ongoing growth, you will define how the brand communicates and builds traction in a measured and intentional way.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communication
- Define and maintain a clear, consistent brand voice and positioning
- Oversee content and communication across key channels
- Ensure all outward-facing touchpoints reflect a cohesive narrative
Growth & Audience Development
- Build early awareness through targeted, thoughtful initiatives
- Identify and develop key audience segments
- Observe and interpret audience response to refine direction over time
Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships aligned with the brand
- Build relationships with landlords, location partners, and collaborators
- Support initiatives that drive visibility and long-term value
Pre-launch & Launch Support
- Lead brand and communication efforts during pre-opening
- Ensure readiness across channels prior to launch
- Support launch initiatives with the wider team
Cross-functional Alignment
- Work closely with internal teams to align concept, space, and execution
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an individual who combines strategic thinking with practical execution and approaches growth with clarity and intention.
- 5+ years in brand, marketing, growth, or related roles
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or experience-led businesses preferred
- Strong understanding of brand development and audience building
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with consistency
- Acts as a consistent representative of the Chapter brand
Additionally, you will:
- Demonstrate strong judgment in how a brand is introduced and expressed
- Balance long-term positioning with near-term traction
- Build relationships and partnerships with credibility
- Be structured and analytical, while remaining sensitive to tone and context
- Be comfortable in an early-stage environment, taking ownership as the concept evolves
- Have familiarity with CRM and AI tools relevant to marketing and engagement
- Bring awareness of Bangkok's culture, lifestyle, and business environment
- Demonstrate adaptability and work well under pressure
- Approach work with curiosity and a positive attitude
