THE ROLE: GROWTH COORDINATOR

We are looking for a Growth Coordinator to join our team and help drive our commercial momentum.

You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and leadership team to develop compelling pitch narratives, respond to client opportunities, and ensure our commercial materials reflect the strategic quality of our work.

You'll combine analytical thinking, storytelling, and organisation to help transform opportunities into winning proposals.

This is a growth-track role designed for someone who wants to develop toward future leadership in business development, strategy, and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal & Pitch Development

  • Lead the development of proposals and pitch presentations from brief to submission
  • Coordinate and manage responses to complex RFPs
  • Develop compelling slides that frame client challenges, opportunities, and strategic approaches
  • Ensure proposals are clear, persuasive, and aligned with QUO's positioning
  • Maintain high standards of storytelling, writing, and presentation design

Strategic Insight

  • Conduct research on prospective clients, portfolios, and competitors
  • Identify market trends, brand gaps, and strategic opportunities that strengthen pitch narratives
  • Contribute early-stage thinking to proposals (positioning ideas, brand territories, experience pillars)
  • Support leadership in developing insight-led pitch strategies

Growth Operations

  • Coordinate incoming inquiries and maintain pipeline tracking in the CRM
  • Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and documentation
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and version control across proposals
  • Track proposal outcomes and help identify lessons for future growth

Commercial Asset Development

  • Update and strengthen credentials decks, case studies, and pitch templates
  • Help evolve QUO's storytelling across different sectors and markets
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial materials and processes

Market Intelligence

  • Track trends in hospitality, tourism, healthcare, and brand strategy
  • Share insights that may inform new business opportunities
